Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid plans of the Orbily app purchased through the Apple App Store ("Terms of Sale"). They complete the Terms of Service. The technical purchase flow, payment and receipts are operated by Apple.

Three tiers are offered: Lite, Pro and Max.

Each tier unlocks a monthly allowance of AI usage: Lite is the baseline, Pro includes 2.5× the usage of Lite and Max includes 7× the usage of Lite per billing month. Typical usage figures are shown in the app before purchase.

Prices, billing periods and applicable taxes are displayed in the app before purchase, in your local currency via the App Store.

Some plans may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers; its duration, eligibility and conversion terms are shown in the app before you subscribe, subject to Apple introductory-offer rules (one introductory offer per subscription group and per Apple account).

A trial converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. The app schedules a local reminder notification before the trial ends.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can view, change or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

All tiers belong to the same App Store subscription group, so you can upgrade or downgrade at any time; Apple applies its own proration rules and the change takes effect according to Apple's policy.

Monthly and annual billing of the same tier unlock exactly the same entitlement.

As a EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving any reason.

However, for digital content supplied immediately, you can expressly agree that performance starts right away and acknowledge that you then lose the withdrawal right once delivery has begun. The in-app purchase flow asks for this agreement before checkout. If you buy without giving it, the content is delivered only after the withdrawal period has expired.

During the free trial you are not charged, so cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing.

Because purchases are billed by Apple, refunds follow Apple's policy. You can request one via Apple's "Report a Problem" page or support, or write to contact@orbily.net and we will help route your request.

When a subscription expires or is cancelled, AI generation stops but nothing is deleted: your locally stored content stays readable, and your streak history remains. Resubscribing restores full AI features.

Apple handles taxes and provides receipts through your App Store purchase history.
